Now that our new look is up and our admins are well rested, we wanted to give some more information about upcoming changes to the site. We obviously still have some tweaking to do on the layout across the entire website, but in addition to this we have some other new things we hope to be rolling out soon, including:
- Standalone Chatbox Page
- Mobile Theme for browsing on your non-computery devices
- Tapatalk App support for iOS and Android
- Writing, Graphics, and Roleplaying Challenges
- More features and rewards for subscribers and supporters
- An easy way to change your username
- More games and fun things to spend credits on
- Exchanging credits for featured directory listings + other advertising space
These things do take time so we currently have no particular release date for them, but we would really like to have them available for you soon!
As some of you may or may not know – for a little history of the Hub – when the site was founded in March 2011 we meant to have many of the features listed above released within a matter of weeks, rather than a year later. Due to real life things on behalf of the admins and other hold ups, we’re just now getting to them, but we hope you’ll join us for the long haul.
As always, we’d really like to hear feedback from our members as to what they would like to see from the Roleplay Hub Network as we move forward with making the site more awesome, so please feel free to join us on the forums as soon as you’d like to join in the discussion and let us know what you would like to see from the network.
